After traveling from three cities in Cavite, I went to Makati just to relax and enjoy some good food, beer and fun talks with my friends. Its my first time here in 121 Grille and Restaurant, my mission here is to find out what’s so special about their new Sizzling Salpicao.

Known among young Filipino urbanites as the home of the best pork chops and liempo in town, 121 Grille and Restaurant brings a delicious sizzling dish to give its guests nothing less than a flaming, grand time that will keep them coming back for more.

When you get to the address, all you’ll see is a locked door—no sign (except maybe for that tiny metal Braille one), no light, no nothing.You’ll have to knock and say your name (make sure you make a reservation) and they’ll buzz you into a smallish dimly-lit room with the usual booths on the sides, a sufficient spread of a bar and couple of tables in the middle.

While we all fascinate and aspire to be part of the beautiful and glamorous, the reality is that it is those with high intellect (others call them nerds) that make the world go round.
